Ordered free trial sample online. Shipping should have been under $5.00. Product arrived 2 1/2 weeks later and I was told by ups that I owed $23 for shipping. I declined the product. I called to complain and was told that I wasn't charged that. I was also charged almost $40 for the product that I don't have on my credit card. I was told by customer service that there is nothing she can do about it. So basically I paid for something I don't have. Great product. Not impressed. Lesson well learned. Do not buy!
