Received a phone call from a Mr. David White. I couldn't answer the phone because I was in the middle of work. I called them back after I got off work and a lady told me that I was going to be served court papers and would have to appear in court for a payday loan that I supposedly took out in 2009. She said that I owed 580.00 and I went to court I could pay up to 980.00. She said they would settle for 300.00 today. So I gave them my dedit card info for a 100.00 payment and made arrangements to pay them the remaining 200.00 on friday. I asked her to send me a confirmation email and never got it on the 2nd of November. I called them back this morning and got hung up on several times. Finally I got a hold of a lady and she said she would send it today. I received a credit card transaction paper which asked for my signature. I thought about and decided to look online and research the company. I found out that there have been several complaints. I feel so stupid. I'm going to cancel my debit card. I will know what to do in the future.
