I should have known better, this company called me out of the blue stated I HAD to renew my warranty or I would never be able to get another warranty ever on any other vehicle. I bought it, needed to use it and now they are saying the problems with my car are NOT covered but they told me it was a bumper to bumper warranty! These people are CROOKS!!! When I contacted the BBB they stated this company has a pattern of these types of issues.
