Filled out offer through Swagbucks for "2 free rings". This offer did not state that I was being signed up for a "jewelry of the month club", or any indication that I was agreeing to purchase other items. On October 27, 2015 I received an e-mail notification from PayPal that Holsted Jewelry was billing my card for $66.98 for merchandise I did not order. I immediately contacted PayPal and filed an unauthorized charge made by Holsted Jewelry. PayPal cancelled my card, and I took other measures to insure my financial protection. Today I received an e-mail from Holsted Jewelry stating that an item I did not authorize has shipped. Upon receipt I will immediately take this item to the Postmaster and file a complaint. I believe that the only way to stop Holsted Jewelry from continuing to scam people is to file a class action lawsuit.
