I ordered a trial online for just shipping. If I remember correctly it was a 14 day trial which started from the time they charged my credit card. I did not receive the product until the 14th day. How can you do a trial on a product? Needless to say I called the company they did issue me a return number and I returned both items one was in the amount of $89 the other one $84 and change. The company did accept my package and refunded me only one of the charges. The lesser amount. On October 30th 2015 my temporary credit was taken from my debit or checking account and I was told that my claim was denied. What I don't understand is how can you accept both items refund me for one yet not refund me for the second and larger charge. This company may have a good product, I don't know. Because I never tried it when I spoke to the claims specialist from my bank, I asked if that seem right to refund one but not another. The individual went on to tell me that they have received many claims about this very company. Buyers beware do not order from this company because the money back guarantee or trial period that they claim to have, starts from the time they charge your card. Not from the time you receive the product. I am going to call them today and I will update this review after I speak with them.
