Similar to other complaints. Signed up for a "free trial" of Supreme Garcinia Cambogia and foolishly - VERY foolishly - provided credit card # for shipping charges for the "free" bottle. Received a 2nd bottle a few weeks later, smelled a rat, and promptly cancelled my so called "subscription". Have been billed for two shipments and when I called to inquire why I'm receiving this stuff they said you agreed to our terms and conditions when you clicked the "ok" button for the free trial. The T's and C's are on their website which unfortunately I didn't read. Lesson learned. The one page of written information you receive with your "free" shipment doesn't say anything about having to cancel within 14 days. The website supposedly states that if you don't cancel within the 14 day "free" trial you are automatically enrolled. After dealing with the customer service rep for over 20 minutes, I finally got a verbal commitment to refund only one of the two billing charges provided I return the bottle. They couldn't refund the other charge as it was past the 30 day "refund" timeframe. This was a bit of a victory as initially he was only going to refund 15% of the 2nd charge. When I asked to speak to the supervisor he said I could, then said he "was the supervisor". As usual the service rep's command of the English language was limited. Such a scam and I feel totally taken in and duped. I am calling my credit card company to ensure no further charges are posted and can only hope these people stand behind their word to refund one charge once they receive the returned bottle.
