On my statement the name Onx Equinox appeared with this number 187-75240272. This ad had Dr. Oz as a referring person for this product. This followed the ad for free sample of revitalant of which I also ordered paying $4.95 and was charged $103.00 for that product. The statement read on that charge RAS revitalant,aging sk and the number 855-4417914 UT followed.
