MY company order goods from a supplier, sales rep Lingle Xia and Chenchen Wang. They offered free shipping, free, custom clearance and full refund if goods were not received in 3 days. I paid for order they informed me they made a mistake I have to pay taxes, so I did. Then fee for storage. then asked me for another fee for free goods they provided. I asked for a contract for last fee of 299 that they said i had to pay.fee was paid Contact stated that after I Mercedes Cooper pays $299 my order will be released to me if any other fees or money is needed they company will pay DHL TO HAVE GOODS RELEASED AT ONCE. After fee was paid they told me I had to pay another fee and will NOT HONOR CONTRACT AT ALL WILL NOT RELEASE GOODS OR GIVE REFUND. SALES ASSOCIATE WILL NOT COMPLY WITH CONTRACT ALSO KEEPS ASKING FOR MONEY BUT STATES HE CAN GIVE REFUND AT ANY TIME BUT HAS NOT.
