US Passport Now

I found Passport now on internet and I called them and they said they could get me a passport in about a week. So I was assigned a case manager. After I sent money by credit card to them this case manager sent me an email but the list and the forms I was suppose to get was not attached. I called to talk to her and she said she sent it. I said no you didn't . Oh well I will send it again. I never got the list of what I was suppose to do and the form was not able to be downloaded. The case manager was lying every time I called her. Anyway I kept calling the company to walk me through what I suppose to do. I FedEx'ed the packet. The next day I was called by a lady in that company saying that the packet was not right and she was going to send it back to me and my credit card would be charged another $30.00 which I agreed to. After two days and no packet I called and then my case manager was put on the phone and said that I have to sign a form stating that I am going to be charged no matter what or they will not return my items. My Birth certificate and my personal information is being held hostage for money that this company does not deserve for their terrible customer care, NONE!, and only cares about the money that they have done nothing for!!! I am paying for everything! We are at a stalemate. Don't ever send anything to these people all they care about is your money. I still have no passport or my documents back. They say they are charging me anyway so I really don't know why I have to sign a document saying the information, they say, is already in effect! It has cost me about $400.00 for nothing but problems from these people.
