Ordered risk free sample.....did not like, but did not tell company as there was nothing is free offer that said I had to. Got bank statement 10/18/15 and lo and behold I was charged $92.79 for my free sample. Called number on statement. Very noisy connection that I repeatedly complained about. He said The offer stated I had 14 days to let them know if I liked it....went back and read offer. No such claim, so Called company number on free tube....could not hear person because of very heavy interference....finally gave up. Went back to discover I had received a package in October, returned unopened (marked cancel) and got charged again. This is definately wrong but because I did not call back I am assuming I am going to pay. Have seen several more notices since that this has happened to others. Senior citizens....be very careful when you see these "risk free " offers.
