I was working on my computer and suddenly there was a flashing message and a wierd sound that made me take the message seriously. It said to call the number immediately to avoid more risk of damage to my computer.

Like what the others mentioned, he took control of my computer, showed me lists of addresses that had accessed my computer. Then I even took pictures of what my screen was showing as they were 'cleaning up' my devices. I even gave them my mobile # as it uses wifi when I'm at home. I got scared so I went ahead and took the one year contract first.

Recently, I got a couple of messages on my screen that computer 10.10.10 wanted to gain access to my computer and so I pressed DON'T ALLOW. I emailed GeeksTechnicalSupport and both emails (sent it to contact@ and feedback@.

My son did warn me that this could be a scam after I had taken the 1-year contract. This is very hard-earned money stolen from me. How awful of those people behind this scam to do this. Karma will come around.
