I am completely disappointed about this product and how they dealt with my case. The quality of the product is really poor and it doesn't work at all. It broke after a day because of the poor quality. I have contacted straight away as per terms and conditions but did not get any reply. I seriously believe this company is taking advantage of people. Despite I followed the terms and conditions of reimbursement they kept giving me excuses since July. Firstly they said I was going to get an answer within 10 days, then they found excuses that they are a big company and complaints are only dealt with in America. It's now October and I did not get any answer which proves that it is a proper scam as a big company cares about customer service and they would have informed me. This scam is really clever as the product doesn't cost much and you can only pay cash to che courier service upon delivery, no credit card accepted.
