Company Promised new renovations and an easy Holiday booking through RCI, what they didn't tell me was that bookings through RCI were not very many they have no exchange power or properties. I start looking a year before I want to travel and Nothing comes up. I also returned to the Resort every year to find no new renovations to the indoor pool, ceiling tiles still full of mould and everything that GMR promised is still the same, even the air conditioning in the rooms is a window mount, Kitchenettes still have the old style cabinets and shag carpet. I cannot even reserve a room in my own Time share because they say it is booked. This is not worth the value I paid and want to see if I could get a portion of my money invested in this back and get out of the Time share contract!! Please help me
