Cancelled because I realized my girlfriend had been ignorant in realizing that a trial offer was probably an automatic monthly deduction from her credit card. Sure enough after hours of phone and emails, they are refusing to refund and offering instead to reimburse her $50 or more product. I emailed threatening legal procedure but I have doubts that will be effective. The product was cancelled within 14 business days but not 14 straight time days even though they do not send the product out on Saturdays or Sundays. The product would have been mailed out the Monday, Sept.7, 2015 but ordered on the 5th. Therefore they go by the 14 straight days rule but don't abide by the same rule. I cancelled it on the 21st upon receiving the product. Essentially 14 days from the 7th, (mailing day for them). I am sure this poor immigrant lady friend of mine is out her $89.97
