I ordered 2 wigs on Aug. 13, 2015 and they have still not arrived. Their customer service phone number, e-mail, and customer service e-mail ticket does not work. In essence, there is no way to contact them. I am clueless as to how to contact them and let them know that the wigs have not arrived. Thank you. Linda M. Alvarez
