I placed an online order with this company. They automatically put me in a VIP membership club that made the claim that I could cancel at any time. I called to cancel to insure that I would not be charged $49 a month for failing to purchase a new outfit. I was told if I wanted to receive my order I must pay more unless I kept the membership. It's blackmail. I told the "customer service" representative absolutely not. It doesn't state that anywhere when ordering. She then said she would not honor my purchase. My money has not been reimbursed yet. I've seen many people online with the same complaint, except they keep getting charged despite cancelling. Please help and prevent them from scamming more consumers.
