i survey online and the instruction was liked that they would send a free gift with delivery charge. So out of certain gift picture, I selected a small purse, which should be free as per online instruction. I had to pay only shipping charges, which I paid. However, from my bank statement, I found that they charged another 49.99 on September 1st, 2015, which is totally illegal, the gift must be free as per online instruction. How can they charged? They cheat me and did fraud with me by charging on free gift. I want refund 49.99 back, which I deserve.
