In JUL 2015 I signed up a 60 day free trial and elected for non automatic renewal. AUG 8- they charged me $39.99. SEPT charged again for $34.99. You cannot get them on the internet or phone to cancel. Called a number on their site, but it was Guri-aid.com who took over my pc and said he would get back the money for me, but it would cost $100.00. I declined and tried the avast number he gave me and it was 'not in service'This is one very angry woman who does't know whom to turn to for help. I am overdrawn for $74.99 now. I need help.
