I tried the VapoSlim product, which did not work, and returned it in June of 2015. I have since contacted the packing company numerous times with no refund as of 9/17/15. I have the post office tracking number, which I gave to the packing company representatives (who are also the number for Customer Service...they couldn't even tell me how to contact the company!) I keep being told they emailed the company to expedite my refund, but it's been 3 months!

- I ordered the vaposlim system Oct 2015. I never got it & I have been fighting them for a refund ever since. I call every 2 weeks & they said the refund guarantee ran out after 30 days. They don't seem to understand that they are the ones at fault for not getting the refund out on time! I think it's time to get legal advise!
