Website www.newbalanceouletonline.es was selling multiple new balance items. I purchased a pair new balance runner shoes model 580 elite. Purchase process was smooth, though initially in Spanish it turned to English text with several spelling and grammatical mistakes. At the time of payment, no distinction was asked between invoice and billing address. Confirmation number was provided, though confirmation email was then sent a long time after. This email did not contain information regarding the website, company nor items purchased or confirmation number
