Purchased WestBend percolater approximately 3 months ago. It malfunctioned after about 2months of use. Coffie was not perking long enough; it was brown water, weak, undrinkable. Emailed complaint department and was asked for model number, etc from bottom of coffie pot. Complied. Next had to send picture of inside of pot. Complied. Ñext was asked to send copy of sales slip which I did not have. Received a note from "Jenifer" that they would not replace or repair without a salesslip! Read the complaint comments and discovered multiple complaints about the SÀME problem! I'm out $50 and a coffie pot with no recourse. They are manufacturing junk and cheating the consumer! Any help here?
