They told me they were Vipre and could fix my computer which had a few virus. Before they started they told me it was be $900, but I quickly told them it was too much and I will call someone else. They said I could get a discount and reduced the price to $399.99. When they were done installing the new antivirus, they said my computers (I have 2) were ready. However, June 2015 I was having the same issues. I called another virus outfit and they told me that my laptop wasn't compatible with VSupport's antivirus product, therefore, my laptop wasn't protected for one year. They charged me 399.99 for a lifetime supply. Unbelievable!!!!!! Watch out for lifetime supply ads.
