I ordered a sample of the Mineral Make-Up Introductory Kit in October and was charged $130.41 on 11/03/2011. I went past the 15 day refund time while I was laid up wth back problems. I did cancel my membership (866-300-0693) but they will not credit my charge card. How can I get a refund?
