I just received a letter marked URGENT-CONFIDENTIAL AND PERSONAL NOTIFICATION, from a person identifying him or herself as Dr. Kramer - stating that I was the CONFIRMED WINNER of a Main prize of $34,200. The letter contained hearty congratulations with a color copy of a check that was to come, along with instructions for removing an attached CONFIRMED WINNER label from one part of the letter and pasting it to another form which was to be returned to Dr. Kramer at a PO Box in The Netherlands ---and, need I say, along with my check of $50.00. It's sad to think how others might be taking this stinking lure from this stinking person--ugg!
