I noticed a charge for 9.95 from BBVrebate giant and bbv discountbook sale. They seem to be connected to each other. When I called they said I ordered a book and joined a membership that costs 9.95 a month. I dont know how they got my information, credir card nu,ber and knew my security questions. I called the number. they gave me a run around, said they sent me e-mails, I requested he send me an e-mail regarding how I signed up for this, just talked in circles...never sent me any e-mail at all.This is a big deceptive practice. I NEVER recieved any goods or services for this "membership" that I supposedly signed up for. I lost a lot of money to them. I am sick about it that I didnt pick up on this a long time ago...I've been paying for this since 2011.How do we stop businesses like this ?? I have made several phone calls and they just run me around in circles.
