I ordered a hat at the link supplied (http://m.bonanza.com/listings/new-era-batman-block-over-official-9fifty-snapback-trucker-cap/273209837).I was e-mailed by anne cai, an affiliate of bonanza.com, where she stated the hat I had ordered was not available but to choose another hat. I do not want any other hat or any other item, but instead want a refund since you are unable to fulfill the order. I should also mention, since Anne told me of the hat not being available, the item is still shown as available on their site.
I have since escalated the matter to PayPal, however they will not intervene for the next 8 days.
