While I was downloading microsoft office my brand new computer flaged that I had a virus and the phone number 855-602-7992. Appeared. I called the number and the tech told me they were from microsoft tech support and that I would pay the fee to have all the computers in the house cleaned. I paid it because I thought that microsoft meant saftey and assurance. Now im not sure if I gave them access to all my data. I called the number and they are quick to explain that they would not answer or be available if they were scamming. Does anyone know the right answer?
