I received the same letter as described above. That I had won $2,800,000.00.I called the number and was told I had won the amount stated above. All I had to do is send $500.00 to pay for the insurance and he would send me a cashiers check for the amount stated minus 10% of my winnings that belonged to UK bonds and creditors they are the co. that play the lottery on my behalf. This is the first I ever heard of them. Why would they be playing the lottery on my behalf I am poor, old, and disabled. I recognized it as a scam. Especially after I to him my situation and did not have the money. He asked if I knew someone that did. I said know. He asked how long before my check came in. He said they could wait until then. Then he called me back in a few days to see if my check had come in. His name is Mr. Otis Brechenco. BEWARE!
