I answered an add in the state newspaper help wanted section. The ad was for a Real Estate Investors personal assistant. I emailed them my resume, which included all of my information like name address, school I graduated from etc. He then replied to the email like a week or so later, saying that he would like to set up an interview, but first he would like to have a phone interview. Went through the phone interview, he said I would get benefits, so much a week, etc. Then one day he emailed me saying he was going to mail me a check. I couldn't believe that someone that has never met me, knows nothing about me would send me a check. Right then i knew it was a scam, but didn't say anything and just went on like i was stupid.Then today,I received it.Right after it got delivered he sent me an email saying I was to send a high amount of money through western union to china to an owner of some art work this guy is buying. and that i was to keep 30$ for myself. I took it to my bank, told them i had recevied it in the mail, and that it was a scam.
