Was charged $34.00 for a change of address service that is normally $1.00. There was no contact number for the company just a small "fill out this form and we well get back to you". I filled out this form with my email address and a short note that said "I would like to have your customer service number please." Allan Michaels emails me this.....Hello,

No problem at all. Please provide your address change name, order number, and last 4 digits of the credit card used. We will process your refund asap.

The email was not professional, no company header, it was like a friend sent me the email. I emailed him back and said...."why would you think I want a refund?" I didn't put anything about a refund in my request for contact form...so his email drew a red flag for me and I immediately called my bank to stop the transaction. Watch out for this when you click on the usps link to change your address.....go to the post office instead.
