First of all I was charged for a free phone from Reachoutwireless whereas all of the other phone companies that participants the Lifeline program do not. I was charged for the phone,the SIM card and the activation. What's worst is the prices change on whatever you want depending on who works in the store at the time.
I found it odd that you can never call any of their locations and even stranger that you can not do anything online...unless you do it through chat.
I couldn't add minutes through the website. The person on the chat line said the website was down,which it always seems to be,and instructed me to add minutes via chat. What fool would do that? After refusing I was told to press in a code on my phone,which didn't work either.
Nothing they say ever works. They're a bunch of crooks and professional liars. Save yourself a headache by staying clear of this company.
