Sheryn Hara and her Book Publisher's Network, Laura Zugzda, Melissa Vail Coffman, and Julie Scandora did not behave in a professional manner, were extremely rude and even resorted to repeated name calling when holding them accountable. More hassle than can be listed on here. Finally settled, but BEWARE. Not at all what they present themselves to be. Had to deal with this from Jan. 2015 to unsatisfactory resolution July 2015. What should have taken 2-3 months turned into a 7 month NIGHTMARE.
