I was called by sales people who promised me a year's worth of service and personal help for $142.80. After agreeing to this, I was switched to another sales person that said I would receive person service for any issues for an additional $29.95 per month. I told them that I had been told it was included in the price for one year. He said that they could not furnish personal service for the yearly price. I refused to agree to the second "deal". I have since been on the net looking for complaints and/or comments regarding Cleverbridge's business practices. Most people say it is a scam and I have noticed a definite slowdown in my computers performance since they put their product on my Mac. Many say they have found malware.
