I received a sales call from a representative of the company. They extolled the virtues of the company and the ability to have a designated service person to help me with any problem. I was told that a year's worth of service was $142.80 and my PayPal Credit account would be billed monthly. I also had another sales person attempt to sell me personal service for $29.95 per month. That was the first red flag! After I started seeing a worsening of my computer's performance, I started checking on the net for service complaints. What I have seen is many complaints and labeling this company as a scam. Second large Red Flag!! They also warn that malware had been added to their computers.
