Before I could open a list of houses for rent, my credit report should be seen. The report is said to be free so I had it processed. To my surprise, I am charged $29.95 in my credit card so I called up Phone number 800-378-5095 for clarification. The girl who answered my request said she would give me a cancellation number so I will not be charged in the future but I have to pay the $29.95 already charged for the month of July because I did not call back.
But I am so disgusted for paying for something that I didn't use and was said to be free. And moreover, had I not called their attention, said amount will be charged in my card monthly.
