I purchased (from James) IT package 24x6 for upgrade to computer product. I have not received the service I paid for and when I phone the Sydney number 02 80730573 the number continually rings out. I received yesterday a call from Raven local number saying he was with the company and wanting to access my computer to fix my emails. I cannot contact the company to follow this up
