International boundaries
they were calling my office line telling me to update my contact information for my business line. They sounded like and represented themselves like the free yellowpages on-line listing. they faxed me a form to complete so I could "update" my contact informantion.
In extremely small print there is a mentioning of 99.00 monthly for the listing on-line. I would have never agreed to this - I was in a rush in my business day, and did not notice the samll print - no verbal communication on the phone ever mentioned a monthly fee from the telemarketer that called me.
