I was on a Square D web page where I signed up for some information from them and a survey popped up to which I responded, thinking that it was part of their page. I was offered a watch for the cost of shipping after completing a survey. I did not know that I would be charged $95 later. The watch received was very,very cheap, not like the one pictured at all (probably not worth even the $5.99 being charged). I have bought far better watches at Walmart for $8-$10.
I don't have any contact information of course because their wasn't any with the packing information. Could anyone help with that? I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges.
This company was not up front about the charge and if there is something in print, it is in the fine print somewhere. Why would you do a survey for nothing. I never would have bought the watch I received, no matter what the charge. After contacting my Chase Card they gave me a number to call for the company of 888-548-7810. I called and it was a call center that receives calls for companies without a call center. They told me to email [email protected] which I have done, waiting on a response I am sure I'll never receive.
