I found an e-mail from my local internet provider (a local business based in my town of Roseburg) and after clicking on it to review my bill a page asking me if I would partake in a customer service survey on the company (Douglas Fast Net)popped up. Being as I have had nothing but great service from this company and also due to it being a local company I agreed to filling out the survey (which I usually don't do). When I was done answering the several questions about customer service, service quality, etc. I was then redirected to a page that said due to my completion and cooperation in taking the survey I was eligible for a gift. I clicked on the "continue" spot and was taken to a list of several different gifts of which I was apparently eligible to receive along with their suggested retail values and quantities remaining. I chose the e-cigarette choice which was valued at around $100.00 if I remember correctly. After checking the e-cigarette box I was taken to a page which instructed me to enter my credit card number to cover the shipping and handling expenses (which totaled $3.95). There were no further instruction or comments about additional or re-occuring costs so I was surprised when I found the following deductions taken out by "ECIGHUB", listed as a "Purchases": 1. June 11, 2015 - $99.99; 2. July 9, 2015 - $79.99; 3. May 20, 2015 - $3.95 (this was probably the payment I made for shipping and handling). I am now attempting to contact the company using the 866-830-2464 number which was also on my CC activity list so I can be refunded the June and July payments totaling over $180.00 they took without my consent for something that was suppose to be a "gift".
