I accidentally order Nitric. I sent them an email within 10 minutes that order was made by mistake. No response was received until I received the product 7 days later through the US mail. The package did not have any paperwork in the package and no receipt or BOL on the package - there was no company name on the package.
I called the phone number that was on the debit charge on my credit card report. The customer service representative stated that they did not show an account in my name - she could not help me.
I have sent them another email requesting a response within 48 hrs or I will be forced to take further action. No response from the company. I have cancelled my credit card so that no futher debits can be made on the card. I have also started legal actions against the company.
