Urban Leaf - The Pay

Urban Leaf claim on their website to pay £10 an hour to fundraisers, but now on Gumtree, they edited the pay amount, and now only pay £8.50 p/h and £12 (was £14 p/h) to team leaders. They recently sacked some of their entry level fundraisers who were on £10 p/h just to get new staff and put them on the lower pay rate who now earn £50 a week less than they did before on £8.50.


Urban Leaf - The Hours

Plus, another thing they don't tell you, is that you have to meet at 9AM in order to travel together to whatever location, for a 11AM start, finishing at 6PM. Please note: You don't get paid for this "travelling together" time. So after getting up at 7AM to meet your colleagues at 9AM, you've still got a lot more travelling to do unpaid before you start paid working hours at 11AM that day. Hardly fair is it. but you get breaks paid for... WOW!! I should think so too!


Urban Leaf - Team Leaders

I would think twice about working for Urban Leaf, since they don't give a stuff about you, or the charities they work for, they only care about shareholder profits. One "Team Leader" called Kris, actually said he didn't care about the people who he was signing up... hmmm great!


Urban Leaf - The Operational Managers

They give a convincing leftist humanitarian approach, but instead they are greed ridden who line their own pockets instead of rewarding the workers accordingly. They dress up in a hippy disguise so you wouldnt initially be able to sense the real company objectives, especially with all the bearded false hippy hugs you get.... Judas kiss springs to mind.


Urban Leaf - The Final Verdict

Mad-hatting yogi-yuppies, with a carrot in one hand and an iPad in the other and a bit of straw in the gob just for good measure, these have a go hippies are about as hippy as Donald Trump and his business ventures. As it is, there are no bonuses paid to Urban Leaf's staff... and chugging for £8.50 is a disgrace. You'd earn more selling the Big Issue hence why I would never recommend working for such a greedy, selfish dishonest organisation. They just use the name "charity" to make money out of people, and many of whom have never even been abroad to help with any of the worlds disadvantaged.



If you wanna get fleeced and fleeced again, join Urban leaf as a fundraiser. I still haven't been paid!
