I opened a rallyoption account with a $5000 USD deposit. Being new to investing I heeded the advice of the broker and placed some trades with his guidance. unfortunately the trade was not successful and I lost a total of $3250. In the meantime rallyoption deposited a bonus o $5000 into my account. I didnt ask for it and I definitely dont want it. I just wanted my $1750 back. I filled in a withdrawl form for that amount $1750 and was quickly told that I was unable to withdraw any money out because I had not reached the required bonus turnover amount. i told them that I did not want the bonus but my pleas fell on deaf ears.

'Further more the broker informed me that he had indeed placed another another $1000 jon a trade after I had sent him an email 2 weeks earlier informing him that I did not to place any more trades.I need that money released and am at my wits end. I am unsure as to my next course of action should be. I hope that you would assist me in this matter
