I purchased something online (forget what it was) and received an offer for a sample of the wrinkle free cream for $4.95 only for shipping. Nothing about the offer for the "sample" states that I was signing up for a monthly subscription and therefore I was totally unaware and bewildered when I see a charge on my credit card for $89.76. I called the company and they fed me some garbage about cancelling a membership even though I was never a member. They also said they would not refund me my money. Now, mind you, I have not received this "normal" size shipment they billed me for but they can't provide a shipping number for it nor can they refund me. funny how that works. Anyways, I dispute the charges with my credit card company and I recommend the rest of you do the same.
