I ordered the "free trial" from Nouvebelle and paid for the shipping. I really didn't like the cream and saw no results. THEN, saw that they pulled over $90 from my bank account!! They said it was in small print that after 14 days you would be charged. However, I could return the product which I did. They gave me several numbers and I had to call back with a tracking number. Somehow, I misplaced the tracking number but they said they would NOT acknowledge they had received the package with out it. My local post office tracked the package to their warehouse, gave me a tracking number that was missing one number and they STILL are claiming they will not accept that I returned it. What business does this?? The whole "free trial" is a total sham, I don't care what is in small print!
