I ordered the free trial - received two products and paid shipping only. I returned the product within in the 30 day time period and received cancellation notices from the company that I would not be charged for further product.
They received the returned product on May 13th. When I opened my Visa today I noticed two charges from this company - one for $120.11 US and another for $113.01. I phoned them today to ask that they reverse those charges immediately and was told it would take another 10 to 12 business days. It is not June 24th and they have had the returned produce for over a month. Yet a charge went through on my Visa dated May 27th - that was still 14 days after they received the returned product and promised not to initiate any more charges. I would recommend that no one have anything to do with this company. Plus product made no difference at all.
