I bought a 3 year warranty with the smart TV i bought through them and the TV started to flicker after 1 year. So i decided to call Ryther Camera to see how to go about the warranty. The first time i called they picked up and i told the associate Steve the issue and he said he would call me back. Never got a call back and I've been trying to get in touch with Ryther Camera ever since but they never answer. I left e-mails and voice-mails about my issue and it's been over a year and still no reply. It's like they know i'm calling but no answer. I still have the receipt to prove date of purchase and proof of the 3 year warranty. I'm still covered until November 2015. So you can see i'm really starting to get worried they are trying to brush me under the rug.

All i want from Ryther Camera is for them to repair my TV and to pay the diagnosis of one hundred and fifteen dollars i had to pay to start getting prove that I've been trying to fix this issue. If they can't provide the repairs i want a full refund back. Please help.
