I have never signed up for this website, every month I have been calling them telling them that I never received any of the items they told me I had purchased and I asked them many times to delete my account. It took until this month for them to finally cancel my account, only to later tell me that they were keeping my money. That is almost $650 stolen from me.
Update: 06/22/2015
On June 21, they sent me a email stating that my credit was converted and they issued me an electronic JustFab Gift Card that I could use to shop at JustFab.com...if I even had an account with them.
