i was tricked into signing up with great american readers about 3 years ago, they told me that i would be paying $40 a month for 3 years, and get magezines for 5, along with $200 in gift cards. i never got the gift cards. they also said i had 6 days after signing up to cancel subscription, but i never got to experience any of their business until 2 weeks later, by then its too late. then, about a year ago, they called me to inform me of a pricing update, just a slight increase. but when they called back to confirm, they informed me that i had agreed to a renewel of my subscription. when i contested that, thewy informed me that if i did not keep paying, they would send collectors. now, i have followed my banks advice, and have canceled the card they were being paid through, and when i have been contacted by them, i informed the caller that i have canceled the card, i am canceling my service with them, and i want them to stop sending magazines. they keep calluing, sending bill notices, and finally sent a magazine that my wife and i had asked for over a year ago.
