Charged my acct 99.99 without notice or reason.Set a 35.00 fee to my bank for overage.Talked to C.S. and told couldn't give it back so sent me 56.00 back and supposed to send refills.been too long so started smoking again.I want my refills and the 46.00 witheld.When wanted 99.99 had no problem taking it without my authorsation I think it is called theft isn't.
