I saw an advertisement for Chinese Lessons for Children. I called and spoke to a person named Roel Garcia. Roel Garcia give me a price quote of $1,000.00 for two children. The lessons would be every Saturday and Sunday beginning in March and going through May, 2015. On the first weekend we were to meet at the Houston Public Library. I showed up with my two children. There were two other families there. The other families had also paid money for lessons. Junrui Garcia never showed up to give the lessons. I have called her many times and have now found her teaching at the Sharpstown International School. Junrui and Roel Garcia refuse to return any monies to us. I have now filed a lawsuit against her. Please beware if you see any advertisements for Chinese Lessons or Art classes. Roel Garcia and Junrui Garcia are liars and thieves. Call the police before you get scammed by these two.
